Organizing: It’s in her genes! Kathleen’s natural ability to organize enables her to assess and implement the right organizational tools and processes to achieve optimum productivity in a business. With over 20 years of experience as a business owner and community leader, Kathleen has come to realize that most individuals, businesses, and families need some help organizing their time, space and information. In 2004, while serving as Vice President of Cowley International, Inc., a global consulting firm, she decided to create KC Streamline Concepts in order to help individuals and businesses create productive and less stressful working and living environments.
Kathleen is an Authorized Consultant for the Hemphill Productivity Institute (HPI). As a Productivity Trainer and Authorized Consultant (PTAC), she is formally trained in the organizing methodology developed by Barbara Hemphill, author of Taming the Paper Tiger at Work, Taming the Paper Tiger at Home, and co-creator of the Taming the Paper Tiger software. Kathleen has developed her own personal organizing system called the Alpha - Omega Organizer™, which will help you keep organized every day of every month for the entire year!
As a dedicated mother of three successful adults, Kathleen enjoys offering workshops focusing on time management to teens and college bound students. Recently, she earned her NAPO-in-the-Schools certification. With this new certification, she is able to provided innovative time management workshops to elementary school students. Kathleen believes her presentations will provide students of all ages with good organizational tools, which will enable them to be more successful in school and in the work force.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Computer & Integrated Technology. She is an active member of the National Association for Professional Organizers, E-Women Network, Organizers Power Up!, Orla Pathfinder, Paper Tiger Productivity Institute, and Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society.
