SHIPPING

KC Streamline Concepts will make every attempt to ship your order within 2 business day of processing.  Shipping is standard rate through the United States Postal Service. Shipments will typically take between 5-7 business days depending on the item(s) shipped, size of the order, final delivery location, and holidays.  A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

If order is needed by a certain date, please make a note in the Custom Note section in Step 2 of check-out. We will contact you for additional shipping rates.

KC Streamline Concepts reserves the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S. All orders must be placed with a residential or professional business ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. For any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S. contact us at 704.881.4287 to arrange shipping.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase to KC Streamline Concepts within 30 days and receive a full refund. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to KC Streamline Concepts. Please contact us at 704.881.4287 to receive our return address.
